Why this server
is safe.

Someone invited you here from the internet. Good instinct to check first. This page is the check.

Who runs this

Jonathan Rapisarda, founder of BioInfo AI (BioInfo Solutions, LLC, Colorado). Not an anonymous admin, not a brand account — a person with public work. Verify before you trust:

The Never List

Nobody legitimate — not the founder, not a mod, not a bot with our name — will ever ask you for:

Anyone who does is not from this server. Report, block, done.

What this server is

Free IT education and building-in-public. People who like computers, making things, and learning out loud. Beginners especially welcome — if you’re 17 and wily, you’ll fit right in and leave knowing more than most freshmen. Cuss words are permitted. Meanness is not.

The guardrails are real — and they apply to everyone

We run anti-spam and anti-abuse bots. They occasionally scold the wrong person: they’ve scolded the founder for “overusing unlimited bandwidth” while posting his own work. That’s the deal — the same fence that keeps scam farms out sometimes bonks a founder on the head. We tune it, we apologize, and nobody is above it.

How to stay safe here — the 30-second version

  1. Never share a password. With anyone. For any reason. Ever.
  2. Turn on 2FA on your Discord account (Settings → My Account → Enable 2FA).
  3. If someone DMs you about this server, they’re not from this server. We don’t recruit in DMs.
  4. Links from strangers are guilty until proven innocent — including links that look like ours. Check the domain.
  5. See something off? @ the mods. False alarms are free; silence is expensive.

TL;DR: a real person with public receipts runs this. Nobody will ever ask you for secrets or money. The bots scold everyone equally. Come learn things.
