Plain talk, no legalese maze
Your data is yours.
We keep it that way.
This page covers BioInfo AI Studio (studio.jonathanrapisarda.dev), its page-view signal, and the outbound-link signal on participating Studio, current corporate, original corporate and Pocket Studio pages. Updated October 25, 2026.
We will never sell your data. Full stop.
We never share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we never use it for anything other than building better content and running these sites.
Page-view signals
A quiet page-view count.
Pages with our page-view signal send a small cookieless observation when they load, so we can see which pages are useful. It contains only:
- The page path — for example
/products. Never the query string or page content. - The referring site's hostname — for example google.com — never the full link you clicked.
- Device kind (desktop, mobile, tablet or bot) and coarse location (city, region, country), both derived from your browser's request headers at the server. Your IP address is used for that lookup in the moment and is never stored.
- A bot flag, so automation doesn't inflate the numbers.
Approximate daily unique-visitor counts use a keyed hash that rotates every day, so yesterday's count can never be linked to today's visit. There are no cookies, no accounts on public pages, no fingerprinting and no tracking of individuals across sites. Aggregates are visible only to the site owner and are kept on a rolling basis (about 400 days), then they expire.
Links to our parent company
Which pages send interest onward.
Selecting a marked BioInfo Solutions link sends a separate cookieless click observation to our Studio server. We count the source site's hostname, a reviewed public page path, a fixed link placement such as footer, and a bot or automation flag derived from the request. These totals are grouped by UTC day, visible only to the owner in Compass, and expire after about 400 days.
The click counter never collects the page query string or fragment, full referrer, form inputs, Pocket notes, drafts, visitor IDs, IP addresses or raw browser headers. It uses no analytics cookies, browser storage, visitor hash or cross-site identity. Hosting providers still process ordinary network requests under their own policies.
These are observed outbound clicks. They do not establish unique people, confirmed arrivals, leads or sales. Blocking a signal, being offline or closing a page can leave gaps; opening a link still works when the counter is unavailable.
The destination link also carries fixed UTM labels for source site, referral medium, the owned_sites campaign, and public page/link placement. They contain no visitor ID or entered content. BioInfo Solutions' Wix site may use these labels in its native traffic reports, subject to its own analytics settings and privacy policy. Destination reports and our click totals are separate measurements.
What we never do
The never list.

- Never use your data for advertising, remarketing or profiling.
- Never share it with data brokers or analytics middlemen.
- Never track you across other people's websites.
- Never use it for anything other than building better content and running these sites.
The interactive parts
Assistant, forms and the Vault.
Public assistant. Questions you type are sent to our AI provider to compute an answer and are rate-limited for abuse control. Don't share private details there; the assistant has no account access.
Booking and help forms. External forms (Fillout) process the details you choose to submit and share them with Jonathan to respond to you. Their own terms apply on their pages.
Studio Vault. Paid or tester codes unlock one-time package delivery. Redemption records are minimal, kept for license integrity, and never published.
